Results will possibly vary. But my spinal stenosis was giving me issues. Arguing with me as this is not for consumption purposes. And after talking to the akuamma seeds, myself and back all felt better and not in emotional pain. Oddly enough , I also felt a little more focused at the same time, after the conversation.
